Immersion Heater for vertical Use are made of M.S./S.S./ Titanium or Lead bonded pipe with clamp plate, which is fitted with a replaceable refractory insulated heating element inside. M.S./S.S./Lead bonded heaters are provided with a metallic cover for terminal protection whereas Titanium heaters are provided with a heat resistant rubber cap & connecting wires.

Uses: 

• In water, oil, foodstuff, alkaline solutions, anodising and plating baths etc.
• Lead Bonded heaters are used in phosphoric acid, chromic acid etc.
• Titanium heaters are used in Nitric and chromic acid solutions etc.
